Health Fair--Please spread the Word

King's Court Chapel (KCC), located at 9435 Willeo Road, Roswell, Ga. 30075, is hosting a Health Fair in partnership with Wellstar Health System on October 13, 2018 from 10 am to 2 pm. 

Free health screenings, including BP checks, glucose & cholesterol screenings, biometric screenings, as well as bone density and mammogram (for uninsured women over the age of 40) screenings will be provided.

This health fair is open to the community and is completely FREE for all ages.  This is a great opportunity for our unisured patients and their families.

Registration is required for bone density testing and mammograms, which can be completed at the kiosk located on site at KCC. Results will be mailed to the individual.
