September Dinner Meeting

All,

I have been able to book a live dinner meeting for Tuesday 9/29 at the Seed Kitchen and Bar in Marietta off Johnson Ferry Road. I will be sending the invite shortly but really need to know how many people would like to attend (the sponsor needs this info to give the restaurant as soon as possible). Please reply to this announcement or my personal email if you would like to attend.

I can't wait to see you all again!

I have concerns about having professional dinner meetings at this time. I am pandemic weary and missing interaction with my colleaguess as well. However, as of 9/14 the COVID past 2 week case rates for Cherokee County were 249/100,000and 192/100,00 for Cobb. Anything more that 100/100k is widspread community transmission.

For our own health and the health of our families and patients, should we not reconsider FTF restaurant encounters until our case rates are down to less widespread levels? We need to set the example for safe behaviors in our communities!

I would like to attend. I am a FNP student at Kennesaw State University. I am interested in getting involved with this organization. I am also actively trying to network with current NPs in efforts to find preceptors for my clinical hours starting in Jan 2021. Im happy to attend the dinner if anyone would be willing to speak with me about this possibility. Thank you for your consideration.
